Getting the full picture

As Canada's demographic landscape evolves, traditional surveys conducted in English (and French) are no longer enough to capture the full range of public opinion. In Metro Vancouver and Greater Toronto, many people communicate daily in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Punjabi. Their experiences—whether at home, shopping, consuming media, or at work—are in languages other than English. Engaging these communities in English alone is not effective. As a result, our research projects often include tailored sampling and design to reach these groups.

We offer market research in languages that reflect Canada’s diversity. Our telephone surveys are available in multiple languages, and our focus groups include real-time interpretation, allowing clients to observe Cantonese, Mandarin, and Punjabi discussions.
